Mr. Parth Singh (Columbia University - Ivy Graduate)

At Ramseyer & Associates PC (Attorneys at Law) Law Firm,  Mr. Parth Singh joined our team in 2025 as Foreign Attorney Associate (New York Bar pending) who is also a distinguished Attorney in India with extensive experience in both Indian and scholarly work in U.S. legal systems. With a formidable record in high-stakes civil and commercial litigation, his expertise also spans international law and human rights. He is a licensed advocate in India, admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of India, and is preparing to sit for the New York State Bar Examination in February 2026.


Mr. Singh's exceptional legal career is a testament to his impressive academic background. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia Law School, specializing in Corporate Transactions, Legislation and Regulation, Tax, and Human Rights. While at Columbia, he was a Staff Editor for the Columbia Human Rights Law Review & Jailhouse Lawyer's Manual. He was also a recipient of the Columbia Law School Merit Award Scholarship.

Mr. Singh is a Quadruple Masters Graduate

Prior to his studies at Columbia, Mr. Singh earned multiple master's degrees from India's most prestigious law schools:

  • A Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Financial Crime, White Collar, Law and Justice in a Globalizing World, and Comparative Public Law from Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai, where he ranked 8th in India on the admission test.
  • A Master of Business Laws (MBL) from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, where he obtained the highest grade of "A+" in several subjects, including International Commercial Transactions.
  • A Master of Arts (MA) in Criminal Law & Forensic Science from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, where he received a First Class Distinction.
  • He also earned a Bachelor of Arts and Law (B.A. LLB), a J.D. equivalent in the U.S., from Jindal Global Law School, where he graduated with First Class Distinction and stood among the top 1% of his cohort in fifteen courses.

Mr. Parth Singh, Ex Law Clerk Supreme Court of India

Mr. Singh is a talented individual who has the rare distinction of having served as a law clerk-cum-research associate to a Supreme Court Judge in India, where he conducted extensive legal research, drafted bench memoranda, and analyzed over 1,000 petitions and appeals. He also served as an Empaneled Counsel for the State Government at the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, where he contributed to high-stakes litigation. He is also a former law clerk to the Supreme Court of India.

His scholarly contributions are notable, with previous works published in a Scopus-indexed journal and an upcoming publication with Cambridge University Press. He has been awarded the Parker School Recognition of Achievement in International and Comparative Law from Columbia Law School, which acknowledges students who have demonstrated scholarly commitment and completed at least ten academic credits in international or comparative law.

His Experience

His experience further includes:

  • Serving as a Researcher and Member of the Stop Fatal Fuels Team for the Smith Family Human Rights Clinic & Amnesty International, where he prepared memos and analyzed compliance with humanitarian law.
  • Working as a Research Assistant for the Human Rights Institute at Columbia University School of Law, where he supported research on academic publications and reproductive justice.
  • Worked on several Pro-Bono cases during his litigation practice in India.
  • Serving as Of-Counsel for Node Law Firm (UAE based Law firm), where he advised on contract drafting and reviewed cross-border transaction documents for regulatory compliance.
