Parth Singh joined Ramseyer & Associates, P.C. in 2025 as an associate. He completed an LL.M. at Columbia Law School in 2025 and served as a staff editor on the 2024–25 Columbia Human Rights Law Review masthead. His articles in the International Annals of Criminology address sentencing in India and the right to remain silent during examination under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
